The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. "This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. "Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...
