"We had an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The owner was very polite and easy ro communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future. "

"This was our 7th stay in Greenlinks and by far the best. Would have loved to give 6****** stars!! Great communication with owners, nicely decorated condo with lots of nice Florida style paintings etc. Not even hurricanes Helene and Milton spoiled our stay. "All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again."

"We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught....

"What an amazing location! Great spot! First, the walkability to the beach is fantastic. Seriously took about 7-8 min to be on the beach and seated. Love being so close to a beach access. Second, this condo was so quiet. Only 10 units in this condo complex so often we had the lovely heated pool that looks out over the canal all to ourselves. "The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security. "This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites...
