"Comfy condo at Kiawah literally steps from the beach. Safe and quiet one br condo was spacious and well kept. We've stayed in Kiawah nearly twenty times now, and this simple spot was pleasant, and worth what was a very reasonable price."

"Location and views were great, the condo was very nice although it was a rainy weekend and the tvs were tiny, especially the bedrooms. The master bedroom tv was a joke, it was so small that it couldn't be used. The listing should also state that even though there is a cofee pot and kuereg, there isn't any coffee for either and no condiments like sugar etc. The combo lock was a real pain in the neck, all things that could easily be corrected or upgraded."

"First trip in 40 years that we had rain every day, but still enjoyed being in Kiawah, enjoying family, great food and spending money at the shops in Freshfields. The Villa was cozy and just right for the four of us. The unit was extremely clean, and we enjoyed every minute, although no beach-time this year. But we'll return to this island of heaven again next year, and hopefully many more years to come."

"My family loved this property! Clean, great layout, and the kitchen was actually well stocked. Knives were sharp, nice pots and pans to cook with, and some excellent cookware. Stay here if you plan to cook while you’re at the beach. The room at the very top did run warm and was difficult to cool off. Other than that one room, the propert was great and beach view is unbeatable!"
