"This was my second stay at this property and it was another great one. The family rooms are spacious and have most things you need. We opted for the oil access in the Aqua wing and it was a great experience. Breakfast is amazing, wonderful food and choices galore. Loved the fish feeding experience daily for the kids We had lunch at the the Manta Ray and Coconut/Talat and it was lovely. Great portions. We also ate dinner at the Floating Market for a special fire show evening which was lovely ....

"A very beautiful hotel with warm , welcoming & professional staff. The rooms are very large and comfortable - real luxury. The pool area on the beach is beautiful and can only imagine how special the beach would be out of monsoon season. The dining options / quality of food need improvement . "The stay in Isara made our holiday in Khao Lak very memorable. The quality of customer service and sincere hospitality that far exceeded most 5 star hotels. Andy and Benz had gone out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care off during the stay. The property is near beaches and good restaurants, mini marts and one of the best Thai tea stall. They provide shuttle service to town and places of interest which saved us a lot on taxi fare.
