"The Centara has a great location in Central Hat Yai with many restaurants, pubs, clubs while being directly on Walking Street. The facility centre and pool were quite good, the bed and pillows were very comfortable plus the shower was really nice. The staff were absolutely great, I would return to this hotel which has exceptional value."

"Nice property at the edge of the city, with nothing around in walking distance. Front desk couldn’t help with any bus or ferry booking, couldn't advise on anything. There is a laminated price-list, offering every single thing for sale (TV, mattress, mini fridge, etc) never seen such thing in any hotel. Breakfast is decent, no complaints there. They charge a 1000 bath security deposit, checking the room after you check out, before they return your deposit. AC keeps the room cool, room is comfortable. There is a pool for men and another pool for woman, try to figure which to use as a family. Small room safe not bolted down, totally useless. Overall a decent place."
