"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. "My friends and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. It was located in the center of Hatyai. Super convenient for shopping lovers as the street in front is a shopping heaven itself. "The receptionist speaks good English. She explained the hostel's rules and showed us around. The room was a comfortable size for all 4 of us.
