"Booked the valley view and had a really nice unblocked view. Breakfast was okay. Quality was just average, but they had a more than basic spread. Room was really spacious and clean. Washroom was also clean and in good condition. However, the "eco-friendly" refillable bottle soaps in the shower were a bit sus... Luckily I brought my own and I ended up using that instead. Walkable distance to the restaurant / food area. 10 mins -ish on foot while dodging traffic."

"Comfortable. The bedsheets & towels were high grade. Room temperature was just right. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. On our last day, they gave a complimentary boiled eggs snacks for our 6 hour trip back to Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel."

"Good hosts and good family. They are very hospitable and very nice. It doesn’t matter if you are a solo traveler or with others, you will be cared for the same as if you were one of their family. It’s so peaceful, this is the best part of Vietnam, in my opinion. "

"We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff if you want a tour. They have various packages to choose from. Overall an amazing experience to get away from the busy city life. To me it’s considered to be a bit pricey for Vietnam. "
