"We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience with a few caveats. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to explore. However, the WiFi was hit-or-miss; it worked most of the time, but there were occasional frustrating moments when it didn’t. Our room featured a private pool on the patio, which sounded amazing in theory, but unfortunately, it was so cold we couldn’t use it. Additionally, we noticed some mold-like spots on the grout in the pool, which was disappointing and detracted from the luxury feel. Breakfast was slightly above average, with a good variety of options, but it felt in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel—not extraordinary but satisfying. While there were a few drawbacks, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the highlights like the staff and the prime location."
