"Nice property with an airport shuttle close to airport. Safety deposit box cannot be opened, basic breakfast but only for one is complimentary is not in good taste. Mathsi picked me from airport & find me the exchange & was friendly. "

"The house was very nice and clean. Owner was nice and available with suggestions about the city. We were unaware the house would be so cold. Could not heat to work in room #1. Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you very much!"

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms. There is nothing special about...

"The location is good as only a 10 mins walk from the government enclave however in the same block there is a tavern/bar that closed at 10:30 PM on Sunday night. That was quite annoying. The TV was only showing DSTV ads channel, nothing lhese. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and WIFI was fast enough. Overall, if you just need to put your head down and do not mind the background noise till a bit late, it is a good option price and location wise."

"When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"

"My stay, at Madume Guest House was awesome!! The place was very clean and quiet. It is the perfect getaway from a stressful life. The beds and pillows were super-comfortable. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the luxurious bathtub every night. The staff members were very warm and kind. They reminded me of my own family members back home. The Madume Guest House is within walking distance of the Pula Spar grocery store and the amazing Winners’ Chapel. Combis (minibuses) are easy to catch...

Spacious, comfortable room

"We had a really nice room; it was spacious, comfortable and witha good bathroom, including separate shower and bathtub. The decor is lovely and has a bit of an old colonial feel. However, this hotel has definitely seen better days. It could do with a bit of maintenance and modernisation to give it a new lease of life. The pool was terrible - very small, dirty and just not a great corner of the hotel plot. The breakfast was nice, but you hvaeto cross the carpark to go to the bar/restaurant... not a major hardship but not pleasant when it is raining. This was a short one-night stop for us as part of a bigger journey, so the hotel served it's purpose."
