Overlooks Keystone Lake w/ Mountain Views from Private Balcony, Near Shuttle!

This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.

The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.

The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The small balcony had a lovely view of the lake. We preferred sleeping on the sofa bed as opposed to to the bed by the window because the mattress was firmer and not so much light was shining in on us. Location is perfect.

Amazing home for our snowboard trip!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to snowboard Keystone. The view was amazing and instantly after walking in we felt comfortable. It’s a close drive to the slopes. If you feel like walking, you can walk about 15 minutes to Peru lift. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own towels. The towels are stiff and scratchy.

Beautiful condo and location! However because you’re sleeping surrounded by windows, which is beautiful, it is very light and noisy when trying to sleep. I would recommend bringing a sleep mask and ear plugs.

Unit was clean and quiet. Accomodating.
White the unit was cozy and comfortable, we had some dissappointment in the lack of "Christmas" at the complex. The pictures showed lights and Christmas Tree on the lake. The tree was half assembled the entire three days we were there. Hardly no lights at the complex at all. Woke up at 6am on Monday to the Zamboni outside the unit window that ran on the lake until after 9am.

We definitely took advantage of the wood fireplace while it snowed outside. We would stay here again. The bathroom sink was a little slow to drain, but that is hardly anything. Just worth mentioning so it can be looked at.

Great little spot!
Other than the parking situation, this was a great location and a great little spot for me and my boyfriend! I was under the impression we had assigned parking spots, but that was not the case. There is very limited parking available outside in the unshoveled, snow-covered parking area. I read somewhere that there was “heated parking” for this property. Also, my boyfriend is 6’3,” so the smaller memory foam mattress topper was a bit awkward for him since it doesn’t cover the entire Queen mattress, but overall this was a great spot.

No one called us back and there was barely internet. Couldn’t have a computer and cellphone on the wifi a once. There was only 16mgb I have photos. Completely disappointed at the lack of customer service from summit and hoa and internet provider. Plus we couldn’t breathe and if we left window open, the bar was loud. Didn’t know bar was there.

The condo was as expected and nice with the major exception that the sofa bed mattress was terrible. I rented the unit with the expectation that my young adult son would sleep fine on the sofa bed. Sleeping for 4 was advertised, but only the window bed mattress was adequate. We put the sofa bed mattress on the floor and used additional covers under the sheets to make it even partially adequate. This was very disappointing given the price of the unit and advertisement for sleeping options. Do not expect anyone to sleep on the sofa bed. The unit sleeps 2 on the window mattress only.

We really enjoyed waking up in the nook overlooking Keystone Lake. The mattress was super comfortable and we loved having a wood-burning fireplace. The place was very clean and well-stocked with coffee filters/cooking utensils. Be aware that there is no cooking oil, you'll need to pick that up at the store. We took a walk to River Run one day and rode at A-basin another day. SCMR was super easy to communicate with and the check-in/out process was seamless. We can't wait to come back!
