This wonderful 2 bedroom downstairs unit is owner's second home and has just been beautifully and professionally decorated. Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a wood sun deck and outdoor grill is perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises.

All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach area in America is just a short walk away. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a studio couch in the living room. This unit is fully equipped for long, enjoyable stays. All you need is your clothes and toothbrush. Life is good in the Keys!

Walk to the beach, gorgeous sunsets and all of the attractions that Old Town Key West has to offer.

Great location
Really enjoyed our stay. Condo has everything you need, including 2 bicycles you can borrow. Owners are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first sisters trip and we loved every minute of it. Our condo was above expectations!!! Perfect location, so quaint and our hosts were fabulous!!! They offered everything we needed and we were so comfortable from they cosy furniture to the utmost comfortables beds. We tried as many recommendations they gave us and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!!!!

Excellent stay
This property was located at the perfect place to access everything in downtown Key West. We were able to walk to everywhere. The condo was spotless. And the owners thought of everything you will need while staying there. The owner, Jim, was terrific to talk to. He really wanted you to enjoy the condo and to have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this condo and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stayed at this property for a week. The location was great! Came with 2 bikes so we only had to rent 2 more. It’s right next to Ft Zachary Beach. The condo pool was clean and everyone we ran into was very friendly. Would stay here again!

Amazing trip!!
Everything was perfect for our trip. The condo was amazingly comfortable it really felt like home for us and our 3 yr old.we loved the short distance to the beach, and duval st.Our whole family had a great experience, cant wait to come back . Thanks again!

Great location to most things we wanted to see, nice neighborhood setting and we used the bikes a few times to get groceries and check out the Fort Zachary beach. Used the grill on the deck a couple nights to cook dinner. Very happy we booked this unit!

Perfect Locatikn
This property is in a great spot for walking distance to Duval st or just use the bikes to go to Fort Zachary Taylor beach. This had everything we needed. This is a perfect place for couples or with small children. Check in was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property.

Jim, the owner was great at ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The two bikes that are available for use came in handy multiple times. We loved the outside patio area as there was plenty of room for our family. The rental was close to everything but was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place and amazing location
Amazing spot in the heart of Key West, close walking distance to Duval and the harbors. Beautiful kitchen and patio, really couldn't have asked for anything more. If I could offer one suggestion, some down pillows in the bedroom would be great. Will definitely consider again should I return to KW.

Lovely condo, great location
We spent a week in this lovely condo during an unseasonal hot spell. The AC saved us! The condo was clean and comfortable with one exception. The washer had an issue but the owner was very responsive and worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The location is great- within walking distance to everything even in the heat. Thank you Jim.

Great place, within walking distance to just about everything. The unit is well stocked. Peaceful and yet a short walk to all the action. The owners are easy to work with the response time is excellent. They make sure you have all kinds of info prior to your arrival to make for a great vacation. RELAXING!
This condo is so beautiful and looks just like the pictures on line. We went to key West for a week and had a wonderful time, it is our yearly destination, and hope to stay at this place again. We loved the outdoor patio, and made good use of the grill. Close to everything! The owner was so nice and readily available if we had a problem. Perfect Condo, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The owner was great and responsive. Everything was clean and fresh. We especially enjoyed the little extras: bikes, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, pool floats. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill was great for cooking fresh fish. Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed and had a memorable trip to Key West. The only bad thing was that we had to leave and come back to cold weather. Hope to be back next year.

A Small PIece of Paradise
The property was everything we were looking for to have a relaxing vacation. It has a tropical feel and the deco was beautiful. It was clean and well furnished with the basic household items. The washer & dryer are much needed for the weather conditions of Key West. The rental is centrally located for walking to the tourist spots. The bikes were a nice way of getting around to see the island, too. Jim (the owner) contacted us and shared a tremendous amount of information that was quite helpful when planning our trip. This was home away from home. Wonderful rental!

We loved the property. Was very convenient to everything, clean and had everything we needed. The property owner gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and tips on anything else we could need. The only downside was that we had a child at the age where she needs to wear a swim diaper, and while we were told in advance that she could not wear it in the pool, we did not realize that meant she could not use the pool at all. A rude resident pointed it out our first day. We would not have rented a property where we could not swim in June in Key West. BUT that was no fault of the owners and we would highly recommend this property to others. And would stay there again once my grandchild is older.

Great place!! Enjoy your stay!
We stayed in this unit for a week. It was perfect. There were 2 couples, each with 1 child and there was room enough where we never felt crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and the patio deck was great for grilling and hanging out. As far as location, wow, we were so close to everything. We walked to Duval all week long. We rode our bikes to Ft Zachary Taylor park (didn't explore the whole park but it was beautiful and the beach area is great), the bike ride there is care free, no worries about too many cars or tight roads. The unit was even pretty close to the pool. If and when we return to Key West, we will be looking at getting this unit again. The one and only suggestion I would have for the owner is to maybe place a small dresser in the closets as we had nowhere to store our clothes and had to live out of our suitcases which was a little of a pain but it wasn't the end of the world. The owner was super friendly.

The location of the unit is perfect! 3 blocks from Duvall and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Far enough away for a good nights rest. Close enough to enjoy the fun. Jim was super easy to chat with. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as stated!
