This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It was as amazing the second time as it was the first. From ice machine to hoses and electricity on dock, age appropriate pool toys and games, everything has been thought out. Highly recommend! 💯 ♥️

Paradise in the Keys
This house is PERFECT! It accommodated all ten of us and was very spacious! It was very clean and all of the amenities were very thought out. Beautiful house and great location! We had fun using the kayaks right off the dock and spent a lot of time in the gorgeous pool. We saw a mama manatee and her baby right off the dock on our first night! What a great way to start our trip!

Fantastic property in great location
Had a fabulous vacation here! We two families with younger kids staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of space, lots of pool toys to keep the kids entertained when it was too windy for a boat rental. The two kitchens and outside grill were well stocked and space was perfect for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

From the inside to the outside the house is a perfect 10. Fully stocked, so very clean, beautiful grounds and dock. All I can say if traveling to Key Colony and looking for house to rent and this house is available...book it!! You will be highly satisfied.

This property could not have been more perfect for our week in paradise. The host obviously cares for their guests with thoughtful provisions throughout the house. We visit the Keys regularly and will definitely book this property every time.

One Of A Kind Home
This home met all of our needs. It was spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The main kitchen was a dream, it had everything needed to prepare any meal. We really enjoyed the pool. Family Vacation
This was a great place for a family vacation! Rooms for everyone and everyone has their own bathroom was a huge plus. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early morning. The pool/patio was so much fun and let us make fun family memories. This was a great pick!

This was a very nice stay and the descriptions actually left out a few amenities like the ice machine, which made fishing from a boat awesome. This place was wonderful and had everything needed and more for our stay. My family and kids loved everything about it. The host was very professional and very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at CostaMar
Our family had a fantastic stay at CostaMar. Monica is great with communication. The property is beautiful and furnished with everything you could need. It is also very well kept. We also enjoyed the location, being close to Sunset Park and tennis courts as well as a quick drive to Marathon’s restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 nights, 8 days. It was an excellent property with absolutely everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. The pool was amazing after a day of fishing! Monica (property manager) was always quick to respond to anything we needed and was a great resource to have. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay!

The house and location is amazing. Plenty of room and close to grocery stores, shopping and a variety of restaurants. A few more towels & wash cloths in the bathrooms would be nice. Taking 2 showers a day, we were constantly having to wash towels. Overall it was awesome!

Amazing Anniversary Trip
This property exceeded all of our expectations which were already high. This property’s interior layout was ideal for our 4 couple crew with three children. You will have everything at your finger tips and will quite frankly not need to leave the property unless if you just want to go out to eat and/or shop. We rented a boat for the week as my crowd loves to fish and snorkel. Access to the gulf and Atlantic was perfect! Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing House - 10 out of 10
The pictures do not do this place justice! We stayed here for a week in March with 6 kids and 4 adults and the property had something for everyone to enjoy. The backyard set up is hands down the best one around after cruising up and down the canals with our rented boat. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks, the bikes to cruise around on and fishing right off the private dock. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook big breakfasts each morning. This property has really thought of everything!

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked w basic items. Decor and appliances are very nice!! Outdoor living area was comfortable furniture and room for everyone in our group. Second full kitchen downstairs and extra bathrooms were a bonus. Outdoor shower and ice machine another plus. Loved everything about our stay and plan to come back!!
