"The property was great for a large family! There was plenty of space for all of us. We took a shower on the first night there and the hot water ran out within minutes. We called the property manager and they came out immediately and fixed it. I would suggest another couch on the back wall in the living room instead of the chair, as a few of us were not able to get comfy while watching tv (football) in the evenings. "Perfect cabin for a quick ski getaway. Enough room for 4 adults 4 kids to sleep comfortably and a sweet arcade game for the kids. Small issue with roof leaking that the owner called us about ahead of time, it was nice to be aware of that before arriving."

"I booked this cottage for myself and 82 yr old dad. We had a great time and enjoyed the property and the close proximity to Lake Charlevoix. We brought our own kayaks & enjoyed the large patio, firepit area and the overall experience. I will definitely be booking this cottage again. "This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. "
