"Never have we experienced such happy staff,always outgoing, smiling, their goal is to make everyone feel special. This is our 2nd time at the Conrad Bali and will not be our last. We arrived with zero luggage thanks to the airline and the Bell captain would not rest until our luggage was delivered the next day. The entire staff are so happy, warm and welcoming.
