"Staff was very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Very safe feeling and easy to access all the things we needed like breakfast in the lobby and coffee. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that I was not a fan of was the back door you have to use a key for doesnt have a place to roll the luggage carts on to the sidewalk to get inside but other than that loved it"

"Outstanding hotel - very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Steps from the Downtown Mall; very clean throughout; convenient and free parking. The ONLY negative is that he pillows are not at all comfortable - too thin and collapse to almost nothing after laying on them a couple of minutes."
