"Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. The rate was also very reasonable. There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance to the property depending on your tastes plus several that you could drive to in a couple minutes. It was being converted over to a Marriott property and there were some renovations being done so it will not be the Newmarket hotel & suites within a few weeks."

"Property is crisp and clean yet kid friendly. It has a waterslide plus pool and hot tub. The breakfast area is well maintained and spacious with various table options. Staff are very friendly and helpful."
