"Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel. "

"It was pretty great, staff was very friendly, food was good, awesome view from balcony. area isn't very good it's a bit far away from sea but they provide free(?) bus service minibar prices 1 euro mostly free cocktails, but also paid ones. free wifi on each room. free tea and kettle on rooms. two ACs. nice indoor design. safe is 2 Euros per day. would visit again!"

"Property was very spacious with good views of Alanya and Kestel. Arrived at Villa after eleven hours travelling. It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, tea or coffee and a snack as a welcome pack. Arrived on Saturday, had issues with water supply and electricity during stay. Not able to flush toilets, have showers, wash clothes or dishes."

"Good location, 5 minutes away from beach and main Street in Alanya. Fast and friendly check in. Room was very clean and comfy bed. Had every Bosch kitchen appliance, fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and more. Breakfast and cleaning staff were great, nothing was a problem to them.
