"Die verschiedenen Zelte befinden sich an äusserst schöner Lage am Hang eines Hügels. Die Aussicht auf die Caldera, Krater und den See ist unschlagbar. Unser Zelt ist in einem guten Zustand, nur der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem hatten wir leider eine kleine Maus in unserem Zelt (haben wir jede Nacht gesehen und gehört, das Personal konnte leider nicht helfen). Das Badezimmer befindet sich unter dem Zelt. Very relaxing stay

"We had a very relaxing 5 night stay over new years. Staff very friendly, daily morning and night room service was lovely. Gardens and grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. We didn’t opt to pay extra for breakfast in their restaurant as there are so many options around Ubud. Located in a great areas close to everything. Although overcast and rainy most days of our stay we still utilised the pools, pool bar staff very attentive. Overall would highly recommend Alaya!"
