"When I did the reservation, I checked one adult instead of 2 adults, usually it is the same price for a regular hotel room. At checking in , the hotel manager wanted to charge me €35 extra for an additional guest. The room he gave us was in the basement with small window and no WiFi even though 90% of the rooms were available at that night."
