We were 2 couples, booked for 2 nights, came by car from Yalova. We were received by a very arrogant young man, without a smile or a word of welcome,he asked for the passports and the full amount of our stay in advance. Our friend is diabetic and asked him to put his medicine in their kitchen freezer, 4 injection kits, he allowed us to put 2 and refused the 2 others, saying that there is no place in the freezer, we argued that it is medicine and need urgent freezer because we have a long drive on return but he refused! He did not smile to us in all the duration of our stay! He was the one who was doing everything from cutting the grass to feeding the animals, to serving us breakfast. We felt not welcomed at all. When Turk families came to the hotel he was behaving very warmly with them, a total different way, then we noticed that because we are Arabs, we faced this racist discrimination. It was so humiliating. Hotel view is amazing, rooms extremely small, curtain fell twice when i opened it, asked for 2 extra pillows, they gave only 1, I had to roll a towel and sleep on it.Room had a balcony with wooden floor, many parts of the wood were broken and the balcony fence was moving and not secure, very dangerous, breakfast was good but not an open buffet. Room was not cleaned during our stay and garbage in toilet not removed. Walls in rooms were so thin we could hear neighbours snoring and talking as if they were with us.
