SUKA Villa with Private Pool

We can't wait to welcome you to our Villa SUKA!
The 2-storey Villa SUKA is conveniently located in the Umalas area, there are many cafes and shops within walking distance. At the same time, the villa is located in a quiet place where noise of road will not disturb you.

On the 1st floor of the villa you can have a great time in the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (stove, toaster, microwave, dishes and cutlery). Next to the living room there is a bedroom and a bathroom. If you need to work, there is a comfortable workspace in the living room with a view of the pool and free Wi-Fi.

On the 2nd floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and another living room with a TV, which overlooks the garden. For your convenience, the villa has a private swimming pool with a seating area and covered parking.

HOUSE RULES
1. Upon check-in, you will need to make a damage deposit of 200 USD in cash. When arriving for a long time, the security deposit is 10% of the rent.
2. Strictly no smoking in the villa. Smoking is only allowed outdoors in designated areas.
3. Pets allowed. When staying with pets, the security deposit is 500 USD in cash.
4. Parties allowed till 10 PM.
