"Check in was easy and quick. Our room was unfortunately freezing, and the smoke detector went off after turning the heat on. The phone and one of the lamps were both broken/unplugged. But the employee kindly moved us to another room, and everything was perfect. Both rooms were extremely clean, and the bed was extremely comfy. Impressive for the price."

"We stayed here two nights the room we were in had a bad mattress and I talked to the front desk after the first night and with 3 hours we had been moved to another room and upgraded to a suite. We had a very comfortable night the second night . The staff were exceptional in handling the situation and we would highly recommend the hotel"

The room seemed to have been newly remodeled which was great. The staff were very friendly and eager to help when asked. This hotel is centrally located so we used it as a base point to go different directions to do things. There was lots of shopping all around and restaurants were plentiful. We would stay again. "
