"Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! I digress...Lily Pad 1 was very comfortable and the communication with the owner was great. The only thing that may be a deterrent for some is the stairway. It is beautifully done, however, if someone could not do stairs, I don't believe there is another way to access. Other than that, the owner was very helpful and full of information! Plus the Coffee shop below was a fabulous breakfast spot! Thank you! I hope to return again"

"The apartments are very clean. Beds are comfy. Kitchen was well enough stocked for our needs. The office was kind and helpful with our requests. (A pack n play and an early check in.) We will stay here again. "
