For starters Leone is awesome, always responds quick and is an amazing host.The house itself: was very clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Other reviews said furniture was uncomfortable but I thought it was fine. Location was 3 min to foodlion, 10ish min to gas station, and about 16 min to large store for fishing gear. "From the moment we entered the property the relaxation began!! The location and history of the area was interesting. The rooms were comfortable and homey. The screened porch was the central space and the reading knook was never empty. All enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the calm river water. "This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room, the house was very clean, and the location gave us a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of the lacrosse tournament. The owner was responsive and fantastic. I think my favorite part was getting to listen to the bay noise at night while going to sleep. Extremely peaceful. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again when we are back in the area."

"This is a beautiful beach house, right on the water. Lots of amenities and upgrades. We loved the screened porch and upstairs deck. We were fine with the spiral stairs but they may be potentially challenging for some guests. The area is a little isolated and the beach was quiet in mid-October, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this property."
