"The house is lovely, everyone from adults to children enjoyed staying here! The games room and slide was a massive hit with the children and every room was spacious and very clean! "Very pleasant converted cow barn. Dog proof patio area but all hard surface no grass. Very friendly owners always willing to assist us old folks. Steep stairs though. Beautiful local countryside to explore."

"Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...

"The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!"
