"We absolutely loved staying in the Captain's Cabin. Bourton on the Water is in a great location for day trips, but we had to pull ourselves away from this adorable and bustling little village. Location of the Captain's Cabin is quiet and peaceful, but just a two minute walk to all that Bourton on the Water has to offer! We loved ending our days cuddling up by the fire and had the best sleep in the charming and comfortable bedroom. "

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"We stayed for 5 nights - Pros: very pleasant contact with host several times, very comfy beds, clean crisp linens, very nice fully equipped kitchen, wonderful water pressure/hot & cold water, surprise welcoming gift of white wine, crackers & the most delicious local Brie. Cons: no closets to hang closet only a bar on wall with 3-4 hangers, need one more fan due to no air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and would definitely recommend this property. It felt like home and...

"Lovely traditional Cotswolds cottage in a great location, just a few minutes walk up the hill from the middle of Bibury. Very tastefully refurbished & styled cottage with field walks directly opposite (as well as the handy pub!!). Super location for other Cotswolds villages and towns eg: Burford) and highly recommended village pubs for meals and country pints!! The host was attentive and lovely - which also is really appreciated by us."

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"A short, two night, break at The Barn was very homely and relaxing. The weather didn’t behave but that didn’t dampen a lovely and welcoming stay. The host was first class with communication which is always a bonus. Highly recommend this property."

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
