"Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. Our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, the shower mat towel was soaking wet on arrival, the power shower did not provide hot water despite trying all settings for some time and there was no soap for washing. We were also disturbed several times in the night by a group of very loud drunk people who managed to lock themselves out of their room and spent a long time vomiting in the communal toilet adjacent to our room with the toilet door left open.
