"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"Nine friends from London/Kent/Essex in Edinburgh for a few days to celebrate some milestone birthdays. So impressed with this beautiful house, and it was perfect for our needs. Also a great location, we were able to walk to Arthur's Seat in about 15 mins. Cheap Ubers in and out of the main centre for our nightly escapades."

"The location to Stirling was great. Very quiet. Siri had a hard time finding it (not sure why). Also, we suggested to owners put their number of the side of the house which faces the street since the picture shows the front which is not the street view."

Located just south of the heart of Edinburgh it’s loaded with all the niceties one expects in a 5-star listing. "If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice."

"We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street.
