"Checkin was very easy! We requested a late check out and was easily accommodated. The continental breakfast was as expected. For me the bed was a little hard but my family loved it. Everytime we saw staff, either in the hall or at the front, they always smiled. We didn’t know it was a pet-friendly hotel. Next time we’ll bring our furbabies.
