It was clean and the mattress was comfortable. No elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Stairs were narrow and steep.

There was a strong smell in the room. I think it was from a spray they used to block odors. The carpet floor was sketchy and I think it had been peed on by a dog before. The outdoor area in the property was full of cigarette butts and there was even a syringe thrown on the ground that freaked me out.

One of the front desk employees was rude. I had worked a 14 night shift. DND was placed on my door only to have them banging on my door at 12noon. The next afternoon after working another 13 hr night shift house keeping was banging on my door again at 12noon. Mind you all the while my reservation was due to expire Sunday at 2pm and the DND was on the door. I also was charged an extra night that was unnecessary. One employee out of all this attempted to fix this dilemma. I left a small gift of my appreciation.

One of my favorite places to stay. Staff is professional And courteous. Room was clean and lots of space. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. Also premium channels are available for movies.

My only concern was the difficulty spotting the entrance. I drove past it and only after turning around and approaching from the opposite direction, did I see the street level sign marking the driveway in. Small problem made bigger by me being very tired from driving all day.
