"Fabulous Experience "

"The staff were very good, friendly and accommodating. In a hot climate, there were no ice machines on the floors. The room furnishing were near the end of their useful time and needed to be refreshed. The bed mattress was not good. But overall, a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant, Sale Pepe, was very good and most convenient to get a table and enjoy the evening along the street. Staff there were great."

"We spent a fantastic time at Nissiana Hotel. The rooms were tidy, the food was with great variety and we all found something for our taste. Managed to gain 2 kg :) Thank you! :) Being there with 2 kids, we found the pool area a perfect place to relax. It was perfectly clean with a lifeguard (who took his work a bit too seriously :)) Every evening there was a program which suited every age. A big thanks to the hotel staff as well who were helpful and friendly all the time...perhaps a bit more...

"Fantastic service from all the staff, food was great and the drinks were all very good (and comparatively well-priced for Ayia Napa) Only disappointment was the limited number of sunbeds at the rooftop bar/pool; and a cracked/damaged glass fonted balcony at our room."

"Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and by the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. Mariana and Elena are absolute gems. The air con is excellent, the rooms quite comfortable and spacious. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. Only negative is the internet connection, that is non existent other than the lobby areas. It was a bummer for those needing to go online, either professionally or simply to watch a movie on Netflix. The food is great, although...

"A very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. But I just hate that people think it’s ok to reserve sun beds before breakfast and then not use them until late morning. It’s not fair to everyone and should be stopped. This happened every day and in the end we went to the beach a 10 minute walk away. "
