"Loved the guest house. The staff were amazing, especially Moka. She was very helpful and kind and the first evening she made us takoyaki. The only downside is that it's a bit far from downtown. However, with the subway nearly everywhere it's really accessible including Yokohama, so it wasn't that bad. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. I will definitely come back."

"No staff on site, very noisy entry door can be heard all night by all guests on the first floor. Bedsheets has hair from another person suggesting they hadn’t been changed. Also, foreign residents of Japan are discriminated against at check-in by asking for passport information, which we are not required by law to provide. "

"As a one of the lowest priced accommodation in Tokyo, you can only expect what's necessary for your night stay. Relatively new building and facility gives you good feeling. Only issue here is that the entrance area is kind of mess as there is not enough space to organize everyone's shoes."

"Our stay at this property for our first trip to Tokyo, Japan was wonderful! It is conveniently located nearby train stations that are walking distance as well as 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores. There are also nearby eateries and a grocery store just a few blocks away. "Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train...

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."
