"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "The rooms are v.small & lack any sort of 'comforts'. Signs warn that you must not put towels on the bathroom floor - you will be charged for replacements (even though towels are stained and some have holes!) A bath mat should probably be provided – then no one would need to put towels on the floor – the shower leaks a lot &the whole bathroom floor & into the bedroom becomes a small pond.
