'Ionian Sea Villas' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Skala Villa
Blue, Skala Villa Green and Skala Villa Yellow) situated within private
grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming pools,
making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together.
With a total capacity to accommodate up to 24 guests, these detached
villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a
memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite
TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
