Villa Simplicity has stunning views of Mount Ainos and nestled in a Greek Village called Lakithra..
The Villa itself offers ample room for families or friends to share together all 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor which also has a full bathroom and a WC whilst the 2nd bathroom is on the ground floor for easy showering after beach days.
The lounge and kitchen are open plan but still remain cosy and separate from each other.
The lounge/kitchen area takes you out to a covered balcony with comfortable seating facing over pool area.
3 steps then lead you down into the outside dining and BBQ area which is to the left and to your right the pool and lawn/plants to rear.
Within a 10 minutes walk you come to a few restaurants, mini market, pastry shop and
We are less than 10 mins from Airport,beaches, lassi and city center Argostoli.
