"The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, a very enjoyable stay. The breakfasts in particular were amazing, with a wide range of options and local food to try too, changing throughout the week so we really looked forward to what would be new each day. "

"Definitely get the rooms with a balcony view of the harbour. It was lovely to sit there and take in the scene. Comfortable bed, good working AC and clean room. Also walkable to everything you want to see in town. "

"Very clean room. Near bus station. If you want to take a bus out of town, it's right next to the property. Very convenient to take airport bus to and from airport. Walkable distant to old town and harbour and Chalidon street. Quiet at night. Can rest well after day out. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. "

"The property is beautiful. Everything very new and excpetionally clean. There are great views from a large terrace with a small communal pool which is incredibly nice. We were made to feel very welcome and the host accommodating to some needs we had folllowing flight issues. The location is also good with a local town within 10 mins walk with some shops and resturants. I would recommend a hire car to provide easy access to Chania and the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again."

"It did not have as advertised; sea view, breakfast or parking available. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in, room was not ready by 3pm and directions to site were inadequate. There is no onsite help for anything."

"We stayed in the White room, which was simple and gorgeous, we had a super king size bed and fresh white sheets. Towels and sheets were changed regularly and the complimentary toiletries were very good quality products. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets to share. "The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was of an average Greek apartment standard. The large wardrobe housed 3 coat hangers (for two people).We purchased some, which isn't a big deal, but shows lack of thought. "The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. "Overall a really good villa but the pool is too deep for younger children and there wasn’t enough larger drinking glasses for more than 2 people when the villa can sleep 6 or more. The cleaner was very good but bedsheets and towels could have been changed more than once with the heat being so high over the 14 days."

"Lovely villa in a beautiful location, close to nearby towns & beaches. The property itself cannot be faulted and the listing is accurate. The only negative that we were impacted by is the local 'quiet hours' that we were blissfully unaware of before arrival. Apparently, 15:00-17:30 is a time of the day when the locals want quietness...this was communicated only by finding an unsigned note stuck to the gate on the first morning there. Subsequently, 2 children playing together in the private pool...

"We enjoyed a marvellous week at this beautiful villa set amidst olive trees and with a spectacular view of the White mountains from the roof terrace. Well placed for trips to Chania, Rethymno, Aptera, the beach and local villages. The villa itself is beautifully designed and very well equipped. Fun visits from the owners' dogs and very affectionate cat! A very peaceful setting - wonderful for anyone needing to relax and unwind. We will be keen to visit again some time!"

"Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous. "

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service. My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
