The Hotel Platinum was first class accommodation and first class staffing. The management down to the hard working cleaning hospitality staff were all very caring and thoughtful it made our holiday, being amongst such lovely polite people.

Fantastic location at Jimbaran. Few steps away from best seafood restaurants in Bali. Very clean hotel, rooms and swimming pool. Fantastic spa. Breakfast has huge selections. House keeping are doing a great job to keep the hotel and room sparkling clean. Well done

1st room was beside the outdoor showers and was mouldy, so we changed to another room, we were told it wa being refurbished next day said ok moved to 3rd room and air conditioning broke, just back luck, it happens, so 4th room was an executive suite. And wow. Wow wow. Amazing. Thank you. Jimbaran is more a short stay area but with our is visit we did know. Wou probably stay in an another area next time but a very good hotel with lovely people and a great view see photo

Perfect hotel to enjoy Jimbaran beach. Clean and big room. It is a new hotel, but I think they should keep their maintenance well, otherwise it will soon wore out. Excellent breakfast with wide varieties but try not to come too late to the closing time. Excellent infinity swimming pool with Jimbaran sunset view. Excellent spa according to my wife.

Fantastic 3 night couples stay.
Our stay at the Platinum Hotel at Jimbaran Bay was highly enjoyable. Staff from all areas were excellent and comfort and condition the same. The only negative we experienced was although they upgraded us to the much larger and beach view family room (room 801), it was directly under the rooftop night entertainment bar. Very noisy from mid afternoon till 11pm ish. Management was very apologetic. However avoid this room if you do not like the doof doof noise.

Location was quiet and across the street from the beach full of seafood restaurants. Staff was Amazing. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast had lots of options. Pool had nowhere to sit so we didn't use it

If you look at the place as a lower grade 3 star, you will be satisfied. The aircon failed in our room, which is totally understandable to me. Our chosen room had large corner windows facing the ocean. The only available room was an “upgrade” to a suite. The main room had a small window facing the ocean. However the bedroom was windowless and down right creepy. It was too late in the evening to bother arguing, so we accepted it. No refund or compensation was offered except, I kid you not, a piece of cake. I could only laugh but I would avoid the place in the future. As throughout Bali, the staff was kind and tried hard but it would appear management was totally uninterested in helping. This was my second trip to Jimbaran and I’m sad to say the beach is still strewn with garbage, plastic and worse from the sea.

Very noisy at night with dogs barking continuously and traffic from the street below if you are in an Ocean view room. No English breakfast tea bags in the room. We were told you had to pay extra for them. They only provided Jasmin teabags. Fantastic gym and Gustav was very helpful and friendly. Loved the Sunset bar up the top, fantastic views of the beach and sunset.Breakfast was very good lots of choices.
