"Die verschiedenen Zelte befinden sich an äusserst schöner Lage am Hang eines Hügels. Die Aussicht auf die Caldera, Krater und den See ist unschlagbar. Unser Zelt ist in einem guten Zustand, nur der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zudem hatten wir leider eine kleine Maus in unserem Zelt (haben wir jede Nacht gesehen und gehört, das Personal konnte leider nicht helfen). Das Badezimmer befindet sich unter dem Zelt. "This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The entire staff from the moment we arrived treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with such politeness. I really felt like royalty. The property is immaculate and groomed every day. Our villa was so private and clean. I could easily live there! "Over all my experience and the property was great! It was more than I could ask for. From the unique room entries to the outdoor walkway from the bedroom to the living room and outdoor pool. It was amazing! The ONLY thing i say they need to work on is CLEAN THE TOILET/TOILET SEAT!!! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in months. I took a wipe to see if it was just looks or actual uncleaned and it was definitely in cleaned!!! The cleaners just put the cover down and ignore it. At...
