"Die verschiedenen Zelte befinden sich an äusserst schöner Lage am Hang eines Hügels. Die Aussicht auf die Caldera, Krater und den See ist unschlagbar. Unser Zelt ist in einem guten Zustand, nur der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. "Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. "Linen, particularly towels were not properly washed and not replaced on daily basis. Had to ask for replacement. Otherwise we liked the property, employess were very courteous. Limited choice for vegeterian breakfast. "

"An absolutely beautiful property that has privacy and solitude just a 5 minute walk from the main road in Ubud. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Our two bedroom villa was spotless and so stylish with a lovely upstairs veranda and and comfy porch overlooking the pool. Breakfast was included with the room and served each morning on the porch. Limited room service and minibar selection but food was great and inexpensive. Would highly recommend this place for any type of traveler."

"We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because of our VIP status for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We loved it so much! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary a la Carte breakfast was fabulous. The entertainment was fantastic. The spa services were excellent! We were about 10 minutes away from town centre but the free shuttle made it easily accessible. The only issue we found was the area around the resort. There was a lot of construction and a very rowdy resort next door. There are so many places to choose in Bali and we are so happy we chose this one. Would recommend!"
