"The house had original historic features yet modern amenities including a whirlpool tub. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the room and bathroom. The owner made an incredible full breakfast that was served each morning. It gives you a chance to meet the other guests and the owners 3 dogs. Absolutely perfect place to stay in Shreveport. Historic, southern charm and friendly people. "

"We traveled with our 5 & 7 year old boys. They were 3&5 last time we visited and never stopped talking about "Miss DeeDe's cabin"- so we returned. We had so much fun again! This time the boys are bigger and they are better fisherman and we're so excited to catch some pretty bass. Again, "Miss DeeDees hospitality was awesome. "The property is beautiful. The back yard that overlooks the lake and the home looks like the pictures listed.
