"Wonderful, lowkey place to stay on Kauai’s north shore. The host was very communicative and helpful. The previous concerns about mold were not an issue and the host has replaced the shower curtain. The hot tub, pool, and designed parking were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future given the convenient location, proximity to beaches and retail, etc! "

"This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. "The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. "It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open...

"We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back."

"We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood of the location, the rain forest and the fun extras included at the air b and b, like pickleball, a walking trail and the pool. There was some confusion at check in and we got charged extra. However, we were able to quickly resolve the issue and the extra ammount was reimbursed."

"Description of this property was spot on! Check in was easy and property manager was extremely helpful. Location of the property was beautiful and we enjoyed waking to the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and getting to all points of interest. If we didn’t feel like driving, we could walk next door to the Coconut Market Place which had restaurants, shops and a market. Super convenient, clean and friendly. Had an awesome experience. "We had a quick, but nice 1-night stay at the Cliffs. Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - check-in, parking, room/cleanliness. We especially loved the pool and hot tub area. If we stayed longer we definitely would have gotten on the tennis or pickleball courts. Recommend for a couple or family. There’s no quick, walkable beach access - so definitely need a car. "

"Clean, simple place with very nice staff. We stayed here twice and really enjoy the common areas with multiple tables in the central lawn around the (fenced) pool area. Breakfast is simple, and my kids really enjoyed it (packaged crepes and pastries, coffee, local fresh fruits, boxed juices). One of the rooms we stayed had more of a motel feel but the other on the ground floor facing the back lawn was really nice. Rooms are of good size, bathrooms are quite compact but have the softest towels! For us it was a great option close to the airport for an arrival/departure day. "
