"The place and hotel room is generally clean. But the room can become stuffy easily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money considering the price."

"We had a lovely, comfortable stay here. The breakfast is the best we had in all of East Africa! Unfortunately, there was a construction site next to our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom lighting was so low you could barely see and the shower was handheld, so not easy to use"

"very nice location on a quiet street. delicious cooked breakfast included. The pool seemed a bit dirty and there were no seats there for lounging."

"Desconocian a Expedia aunque les enseñé la reserva porque lo que tuve que pagar de nuevo la habitación. El personal apenas hablaba inglés o francés. Desayuno a base de cafe en polvo y tostadas. El personal fue lo bastante amable para pagarme una moto taxi que me acercara al hotel. No entiendo como Expedia puede incluir este tipo de lugares en su oferta. "

"Great coffee and lovely ambience in the cafe. Different story entirely with the hotel. No record of my booking when I arrived. Bathroom, with no ventilation, separated from the bedroom with just a curtain. Room full of mosquitoes at night and no plug in repellent available. The next day I had to beg for it, was given an almost empty one, then had to beg some more till i got a proper one. Wifi disappeared for hours on both mornings. One staff began playing the guitar outside my window before 7am...
