"First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation. "

"Great property, easily 4-5 stars! Great breakfast! Everything as you’d expect from such a place! Amazing gym! A real, nicely equipped, not some crappy gear just to have it and say “we have a gym”! Very nice SPA! Really, nothing to complain about! Excellent price too (especially if you stay here for skiing in Erciyes)"
