Summary:
“Dorado” is a beautiful 4 bedroom cottage/house offered by “the Kabins by the falls” this is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. With all needed amenities, a beach on beautiful Cameron Lake just 200m away from your door.
We are just off the ATV trails and amidst great restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, lakes, parks, and beaches.
The Space:
Dorado is the largest space we offer at “The Kabins by the Falls”. It's a fully renovated 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom home that overlooks Cameron Lake.
We have fire pits, patios, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, lawn games and more.
Directly next to us is Fenelon Falls Marina where you can rent boats and PWC. We encourage you to book rentals early (min 1 month prior to stay). Directly across the street there is “That Place on Cameron” restaurant and patio.
Only a few hundred meters away is the rail trail for ATV's and snowmobiling.
Guest Access:
“Dorado” is on site of the Kabins by the falls. The grounds are a relaxing cottage resort setting. This house is off on it's own and more secluded from the rest of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Oriole Rd is a tight knit community of seasonal cottagers with an excellent patio restaurant across the street from our property and a marina directly next to the Kabins. This makes for the perfect setting for convenience to enjoy water sport and great food.
Fenelon Falls is a beautiful little town. It is home to lock 34 on the Trent-Severn Waterway between Sturgeon Lake and Cameron Lake.
There are many great restaurants, pubs, shops, a grocery store, Friday farmer’s market and a beautiful waterfront park. All this is within walking distance of The Kabins by the falls.
Getting Around:
Downtown Fenelon Falls is only a short walk away. We do offer 2 parking spots for our Dorado guests as well. There is beautiful hiking and bike trails close by
