"This Fairfield Inn in Ponca City came through for us at the last minute amidst wildfires, evacuations, and a severe wind/dust storm in northern Oklahoma on March 14, 2025. We had just experienced a punctured tire on our rental vehicle as we detoured around an I-35 South closure due to a severe accident. The staff was quite bombarded with last-minute reservations from traffic and fire evacuations, but they were extremely calm and helpful with local food and transport services and recommendations. The hotel offered everything we needed. We sure appreciate it."

"My only complaint would be the cigarette smoke odor in the casino. But, It is a casino and I sort of expected that, especially since there was an ashtray at nearly every slot machine. We didn't go there to play, just to use the hotel as a stop over while traveling from Texas to Iowa. The place was clean, nice bar and the hot tub was one of the best hotel hot tubs we have ever used!"

"Staff was friendly and Helpful. The thing I didnt like was we got to town after dark. We had a hard time finding the entrance. I thank a sign out by the street would be a good thing."
