The need to focus on doing a few things to enhance the customer experience...like selling beer and soda's at their gifts shops....like having a book donation and pick up. Little things that make it a better experience for the people spending all the money. They have great retail space but not much for the guests to buy. Make it so no one wants to leave and dont have to pay $10 for a beer, but...

The staff, everyone that we came across, were so friendly and willing to help with anything we asked. The grounds were immaculate.
