"We had a great stay here on our trip. Close to the bus station (only a 5 minute walk). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us some guidance on the best cenotes to visit (plus taco recommendations). The free tea, coffee and drinking water was also a nice touch. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed, with aircon working well. Only comment was the shower didn't have the hottest water. Would recommend!"

"Amazing place, and at an incredible price. Will be recommending this one to friends. It is on the Chichen Itza side of town, intimate, and with great amenities (water fountain, minifridge, microwave, and even cutlery). The pool is beautiful too. No complaints"

"What an amazing place. We loved every minute of our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. They gave us a map of the town and marked places to visit and recommended places to eat. The room was amazing. It had a large living area with a fridge and kettle. Our bedroom was upstairs and was huge. It’s in the best location so close to everything. Highly recommend and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

"My family of 4 (including 9 yo and 15 yo) had a wonderful, memorable stay at this property. The property is so secluded and calm inside the walls with a beautiful garden and there are so many different parts of the property to enjoy. The home feels very historic / timeless, but many amenities are modern and functional (bathroom fixtures, A/C in all 3 bedrooms, modern washer and dryer, etc).
