"Right next to the center of town! Very easy to drive around and get to hikes and trails. The hotel was nice for what we needed and allowed us to stay 2 nights for our hiking adventures. "

"This is a very good hostel in a convenient location. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The hostel had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was also good value. "

"Our room was ready right on the check in time of 3pm. It would have been nice to check in earlier since the weather was miserable. We checked in at the sister hotel Lilianfels as there was no staff at our hotel. The room was tidy. The bathroom was so very very tight and tied, you could not fit more than one person in there. There is not enough parking on the premises especially of an evening which is very frustrating in wet weather."

"A beautiful and unique accommodation. Easy walk to many of katoomba's natural sites but quite a walk to the main street. The old style building was so interesting and nostalgic. I loved the snooker room and library and pool was a godsend after long hikes. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good.They did say it was being given a little facelift soon which will make it 5 out 5."
