"Great staff and facility. May need to spray for bugs more often sorry to say. Not a bug deal - florida guy so im used to it a bit Best to open up wifi to 4 devices per room too, but time connections out after 4 hrs no usage. Breakkfast wow - amazing. Elijah greatt staff person. "

"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

"A couple fo suggestions: 1. Smoking area to put a couple of outdoor chairs for cigar smokers. 2. Outdoor cafe dining area the the swing doors should have auto openers as diners carrying trays have hands full 3. More different tea bags in rooms as oly green tea available. "

"Two bedroom suite was outstanding. Plenty of room and loved the windows. Needed another room a week later but all booked up. I had to book elsewhere, going to be hard to surpass our stay here."
