"We enjoyed our short stay at The Clipper Hotel which was recommended by friends. Check in was seamless and Jena the front desk person and all around multitasker was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. All of the staff were accessible when needed. The room was huge enough to do my daily exercise routine and was cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. Bathroom was also large. "Actually the guest who is going to occupy the room due to unsafe are due to self parking which is too hard to find one, the places for leisure places mentioned didn’t exist. He dislike the place and asked for refund on Dec. 10th which more than 24 hrs since the reservation is until the 12th."

"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi.
