"Great location on one of the few quieter streets in Thamel. Super friendly staff that will make you feel at home during your stay. My favorite feature was the rooftop, which one of the highest in Thamel, and great for soaking up the scenary of mountains and some glorious sunshine - also with it being the highest up there privacy is very well established too. Ruchana and Sanjay were phenomenal managers and will ensure you are comfortable and well settled. "

"Dear sir I have booked hotel bhangeri nagarkot nepal ( confirmation number 156587191097 ) from 8th march to 9 th march . Also payment was made on 7 th march. But while reaching to hotel , it was closed and under maintance.so we are not able to stay there. I asked with hotel mgmt and they said sorry. But what will be about my payment is unknown. I m in trouble by not getting hotel and I am nowhere to stay. Very bad experience from your service. Br Ashish sharma"

"No bathrobes or slippers as stated in room spec. No towels either so i had to request them and then i got two wet towels. You had to ask everything what tine is breakfast, where do i go to eat it. They didnt tell me there was a power cut so i was tryng to get the tv to work for 20 minutes. Spec say two restaurants but i only saw one and an employee told me they dont do dinner. Wifi didnt work upstairs so had to sit in reception, again had to ask what is the code then why doesnt it work....

"A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas...

"the hotel is okay if one is looking for a budget hotel. the staff is helpful and cordial. location is good, very near to taumadhi square, pottery square and bhaktapur durbar square. the only little problem is there is no ceiling fan or ac in the room, only floor standing fan. so one coming in the summer should take consideration."
